You have two options for your BLS Certification.  Take a traditional American Heart Association BLS provider class.

Or, complete much of the class online at AHA website. Heartcode BLS Blending Learning course.

Then meet with an instructor for hands on skills session.
Make your appointment for class or skills session on calendar page or call us.

Either way, you receive the same AHA BLS Provider Certificate.

BLS Description

BLS classes are offered everyday. Receive your certificate at time of class.

The 2020 Guidelines for BLS Provider (formerly Healthcare Provider)  include students participating in simulated clinical scenarios. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students  also complete a written exam.

Course Description:  Learn the Chain of Survival. Recognition of a heart attack, cardiac arrest, 1 and 2 person CPR for adults, children and infants.  How to use an AED, how to use a bag-valve mask and what to do for a choking victim.  This BLS Provider course is for healthcare professionals who require certification for their license and/or a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. (Nurses, Physical Therapists, Physicians, Dentists, EMT’s, & Medical/Nursing Assistants)

Online Instructions and Link

2. Click on Log in/Register. You will set up an account with the AHA.  Heartcode BLS ($32.50) (This is the new 2020 Healthcare Provider online class). You will need your credit card to pay for the online portion.

4. Complete the course, do the survey then get your certificate

5. Print or Email me the certificate of completion when you’re finished 

Class Certification:  American Heart Association’s  BLS Provider Course Certificate  is valid for two years. 

All skills are practiced at class. There is no online to complete for the class.
